The apartment is located in the middle of the colorful and active district of the city and yet very quiet in a two-story old building in the second backyard. The district starts right outside the door with the many pubs, restaurants and cultural offers. But directly opposite is the green Alaunplatz and it is only a few minutes to the largest forest area in the city, the Dresdner Heide.
